When one participant disputes a submitted result, the evidence provided by both sides may be reviewed by authorized AT7ADAK administrators or moderators. AT7ADAK may use this information to determine the outcome of a dispute, enforce platform rules, and protect the integrity of competitions.

Authorized AT7ADAK administrators may review relevant account information, match information, transactions, and evidence when necessary to investigate potential violations.

5. How We Share Information

Payment Providers

We may share or receive information from payment providers such as Whish Money for processing deposits, withdrawals, transaction verification, refunds, payment fraud prevention, and transaction reconciliation.

Hosting and Technology Providers

Information may be processed by service providers that assist with hosting, servers, databases, storage, backups, security, notifications, email, technical infrastructure, and error monitoring. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to AT7ADAK.

Legal and Safety Requirements

Users may request deletion of their AT7ADAK account through the account deletion functionality provided by AT7ADAK or by contacting support@at7adak.com. AT7ADAK will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account except where information must reasonably be retained for legal, financial, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

Users who do not meet the applicable minimum age requirement must not create an AT7ADAK account or participate in competitions requiring payment. AT7ADAK may request information or verification reasonably necessary to enforce age restrictions.

13. Children's Privacy

AT7ADAK is not intended for children. We do not knowingly intend to provide paid competition services to individuals who do not meet AT7ADAK's applicable age requirements. If we become aware that an ineligible minor has created an account or provided personal information, AT7ADAK may take appropriate steps to restrict or delete the account and information where required.

14. International Data Processing

AT7ADAK is operated by Tech District S.A.L. in Lebanon. Some technology, hosting, payment, infrastructure, or service providers used by AT7ADAK may process or store information outside Lebanon. Where applicable, AT7ADAK will take reasonable measures to protect personal information when using third-party service providers.

AT7ADAK is not responsible for third-party services that users independently access outside the AT7ADAK platform.

AT7ADAK may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform, legal requirements, or business operations change. If material changes are made, AT7ADAK may notify users through the app, website, email, push notification, or another appropriate method. The latest version will display the date on which it was last updated.
